I have enough material to make a couple of raincoats in this design.  It's a very pretty flower design and the material is so soft.  You can choose your length and whether you would like a harness hole or not.  I make these with a long roll down snood.

The softshell material is waterproof and comes with a fused micro fleece lining.

The harness hole, if required, is placed 5" down from the neck, along the spine, and is 2" long.
